Easy Sloppy Joe Pot PieFound this at the Betty Crocker website - looks good, something the kids will eat, but it's a little different than normal. I can't tell you how many times I put homemade sloppy Joes on the menu and forget to get buns! Makes 6 servings. 1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
