DumplingsThese dumplings can be used for a variety of dishes. I love these in my homemade chicken soup. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 tablespoon butter, melted
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk Combine all ingredients together, mixing until totally combined. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and drop by 1/2 teaspoons into water. Let boil for 10 minutes.
