Easy Cookies1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
4 cups cornflakes Combine sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil just so that the sugar dissolves. Add peanut butter and stir until it is smooth. Stir in the cornflakes. Line a jellyroll pan with wax paper. Drop the cookie mixture by teaspoon while still warm. You may need to reshape them a bit after you are finished dropping the batter.
